  • Dynamics 365
  • Zoho CRM

The date moved on Tuesday. You heard about it on Friday.

Not a visibility problem in the abstract. Four things that happen in a week.

  • A date moved in a tab nobody opened.

Someone pushed a deadline out a week. It was in the sheet, correct, and unread — until the work behind it missed too.

  • Two people were blocked on the same person.

Neither said so, because neither knew about the other. The person holding them up didn't know either.

  • The weekly review ran on memory.

Whatever nobody remembered to raise never came up. The tracker was accurate the whole time.

  • The status meeting exists to audit the tracker.

Everyone updates it. Nobody trusts it. So you meet to find out what it missed.

Bring it in. Let it learn. Act on what matters.

What Bryeo does

Attention queue

It knows what matters before you ask.

Everything needing you, ordered by what it holds up. Bryeo follows the chain — not just what is late, but what that makes late next.

In practice

“Vendor SLA review moved out seven days. It blocks the warehouse contract renewal and Q4 carrier rates.” The chain is the point — not that one date changed, but what changes with it.

MARK

Ask your company a question.

MARK answers from what is happening right now, and every claim links back to where it came from. When the evidence is thin, it says so instead of guessing.

A real question

Ask “what's at risk this week?” and the answer names Vendor SLA review, the two items it blocks, and that Rohit Nair is carrying 11 open tasks against a team average of 6 — each claim linked to the row it came from.

bryeo.com/dashboard — MARK

What's at risk this week?

Two things. Vendor SLA review moved to 2 Oct — seven days later than it was. It blocks the warehouse contract renewal and the Q4 carrier rate negotiation, so both of those move with it.

The owner, Rohit Nair, is carrying 11 open tasks against a team average of 6. That's the pattern behind the date moving twice.

SourcesOps tracker · row 2Rohit Nair · workload
The MARK side rail. A question reads "What's at risk this week?" and the answer names the vendor SLA review moving to 2 Oct, the two items it blocks, and that its owner carries 11 open tasks against a team average of 6. Each claim carries a citation link back to its source row.

The questions worth asking.

Bryeo connects to the systems your company runs on. That deserves a straight answer.

What can Bryeo see?
The sources you connect, and nothing else. Access is read-only, so Bryeo can learn from your files but can never edit, move, or delete them.
How does it understand my team?
From the work itself — who owns what, how much each person is carrying, what waits on whom, and which calls you approve or dismiss. That is how it learns your company, and it gets better at it every week.
Is this monitoring my team?
No. Bryeo understands people through their work, never keystrokes, screens, webcams, private messages, or browsing history. It exists to show you where your team needs support, not what they are doing every minute.
  • Row-level security on every table
  • Integration tokens encrypted at rest

Questions worth asking.

Only the sources you connect. Access is read-only, so Bryeo can never edit or delete anything in them. Your data is stored in Postgres in Singapore with row-level security on every table. When you ask MARK something, the part of your data relevant to the question goes to a third-party model provider to generate the answer, scoped to what you're allowed to see.

There's no migration project. Your work comes in from the sheet or system you use today, exactly as it is — no template to configure and no clean-up first. From there your team works in Bryeo, and what they update is what leadership sees.

One person with access to the source brings it in — usually the ops lead, not IT. Bryeo works from what's already there, so the first pass is useful immediately, and it gets sharper as it builds up weeks of your company's history.

A project management tool is a place to put work. It knows what you typed and nothing more. Bryeo starts from the work you already have and then builds an understanding on top of it — what depends on what, who is overloaded, what is about to go wrong. A board waits to be read. Bryeo tells you what needs you.

Every answer cites the row, task, or person it came from, so you can check it rather than trust it. When the evidence is thin, MARK says so instead of filling the gap. Bryeo also scores its own delay and bottleneck predictions against what actually happened, so its track record on your data is something you can look at rather than something we assert.

Pro is $79 (≈7,505) for 25 seats, then $4.20 (≈399) per additional seat. Max is $259 (≈24,605) flat for up to 100. They cross at 70 seats, and the slider on this page shows which one is cheaper at your headcount. Only meeting recap is metered: overage is 4 credits per minute (4), and you set a monthly spend ceiling that defaults to 2× your base. We warn at 80%; at 100% new recordings pause while everything else keeps running.

It's built for 25–250 person companies whose work is tracked in spreadsheets and email, and bought by whoever is accountable for delivery across teams. It isn't for companies under 25 people, since Pro starts at 25 seats and you'd pay for capacity you don't need. It isn't for teams already fully migrated to a rigid PM tool that everyone keeps current. And it isn't for anyone who wants to monitor employees — Bryeo reads work items, not people.

Bryeo is in limited early access. Request access on this page — we review personally and email you a signup link if it's a fit. Once you're in, you connect a source, Bryeo learns how work moves, and you finish setup in a short onboarding flow. Pricing is shown for reference; there's no charge during early access.

Who's building this.

Ishaan

Product and engineering

I kept watching teams miss deadlines that were sitting in their own spreadsheets, visible, weeks earlier. The information existed. Nothing was holding it together.

So that's what I'm building: an intelligence layer for a company, where the work, the people and the decisions connect like a brain instead of sitting in separate files. A company that remembers what happened, understands who is carrying what, and knows what matters next.

Ishita

Business, customers and investment

I look after the side of Bryeo that isn't code: the people who use it, the partnerships around it, and the investment behind it.

If you bring Bryeo into your company, you'll be dealing with me. My job is making sure it does what we said it would, and being reachable when it doesn't. Ask the hard questions early — I would much rather answer them now than have you discover the answer six months in.

Bryeo is early. You would be early with it.We both read founders@bryeo.com.

Give your company a memory.

Tell us where to reach you. We'll review personally and email you a signup link if it's a fit.
